Angela the baby
\nwho loves her dear mama
\nshe really is a marvellous child
\na tiny shining star
\nwith heaps of true tenacity
\nshe’s close to walking tall
\ntoday she’s on the carpet
\nwith her record breaking crawl<\/p>\n
But she never gives up trying
\nand is powerful for her size
\nWith a grip already developed
\nthat brings, tears to my eyes
\nher smiles are rich and genuine
\nBut if she starts to cry
\nOnly mum can quieten her
\nalthough most of us try<\/p>\n
But in the rocking motion
\nof her car seat
\na drive out somewhere
\nand she clearly feels
\nsafe within her gentle
\nlittle cradle
\nand there she sleeps for hours
\nclearly the wheels<\/p>\n
the motion lulls
\nher into a fine dream state
\nprotected by the veil she knows is there
\nas long as she can feel close to her mother
