tears of emotion<\/span><\/p>\n

and purest devotion<\/p>\n

to animals everywhere<\/p>\n

but the sweet cow<\/p>\n

from her grandmothers farm<\/p>\n

she knew, how calm<\/p>\n

they were<\/p>\n

and so clearly how<\/p>\n

sleep wasn’t easy<\/p>\n

as tears filled her eyes<\/p>\n

she sent me a e mail<\/p>\n

and now I realize<\/p>\n

how she was suffering<\/p>\n

suffering too<\/p>\n

sweet heart of mine<\/p>\n

this story so true<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Grace must have felt<\/p>\n

that she had been dealt<\/p>\n

a mortal blow that dreary night<\/p>\n

the \u00a0c a f o where she<\/p>\n

was housed ignorantly<\/p>\n

did something that just wasn’t right<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

an inglorious tale<\/p>\n

that will leave you pale<\/p>\n

that will strike a chord in your heart<\/p>\n

what dairies now do<\/p>\n

is violently true<\/p>\n

its just hard to know where<\/p>\n

to start<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Grace was a cow<\/p>\n

a mother, and how<\/p>\n

she loved and she cared for<\/p>\n

her young<\/p>\n

she, confined to a CAFO<\/p>\n

A FACTORY FARM<\/p>\n

a number that’s all<\/p>\n

and was hung<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

up on the fact<\/p>\n

she was raped every time<\/p>\n

and her baby was taken away<\/p>\n

stolen and killed<\/p>\n

their blood it was spilled<\/p>\n

they made her, sweet offspring pay<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

so some screaming human<\/p>\n

could swallow<\/p>\n

all her nutrition and be<\/p>\n

gradually taking on ungulate<\/p>\n

factors<\/p>\n

but wasting her true energy<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

an alien food being tossed in the trash<\/p>\n

for profit the simple excuse<\/p>\n

keeping her pregnant<\/p>\n

wasting her babies<\/p>\n

that was the dairyman’s ruse<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

and trillions have gone to the graveyards<\/p>\n

of stress<\/p>\n

trillions of babies<\/p>\n

I have to confess<\/p>\n

used up for chymosin<\/p>\n

rennet a fate<\/p>\n

a one week infant<\/p>\n

just coagulate<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

for humans to savour the cheeses<\/p>\n

as they<\/p>\n

scoff down their ploughman’s<\/p>\n

and go on their way<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

back to Grace<\/p>\n

just an innocent mother that’s all<\/p>\n

trapped in our hell hole<\/p>\n

never a stall<\/p>\n

pregnant and aching<\/p>\n

to see her sweet soul<\/p>\n

but it died deep inside her<\/p>\n

that was its role<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

not to be born<\/p>\n

it probably knew<\/p>\n

it was consigned to hell<\/p>\n

and so died as some do<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Grace was in agony<\/p>\n

Oh how she cried<\/p>\n

aware of the dead soul<\/p>\n

deep in her inside<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

no veterinarian though<\/p>\n

would she see<\/p>\n

an in house butcher job<\/p>\n

was how it would be<\/p>\n

unlicensed transgressors<\/p>\n

took on her plight<\/p>\n

dragged the dead infant<\/p>\n

out of her that night<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

tore it away from her<\/p>\n

Oh how she bled<\/p>\n

such vile \u00a0unrighteousness<\/p>\n

infernal dread<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the agony she felt<\/p>\n

the pain of it all<\/p>\n

treated like trash<\/p>\n

just made to fall<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

on her haunches and sob<\/p>\n

to Hathor who she<\/p>\n

knew would be listening<\/p>\n

and who would be<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

able to help<\/p>\n

in her moments of pain<\/p>\n

her goddess her saviour<\/p>\n

her treatment insane<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

pure criminality<\/p>\n

censure and blame<\/p>\n

so inexcusable<\/p>\n

more of the same<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

perhaps they would \u00a0profit<\/p>\n

reprehensible, they<\/p>\n

basically sacrificed Grace<\/p>\n

on that day<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

that was pure wickedness<\/p>\n

their cloven hooves<\/p>\n

their amorality<\/p>\n

was heard on the rooves<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

of the CAFO that night<\/p>\n

as Hathor could hear<\/p>\n

poor Grace’s plight\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

and Left in such fear<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

to the gods let us say<\/p>\n

heinousness \u00a0came<\/p>\n

was clearly at play<\/p>\n

some awful game<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the inhuman monsters<\/p>\n

the dairyman who<\/p>\n

carried out this procedure<\/p>\n

all clueless to<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the improbity and the suffering<\/p>\n

caused<\/p>\n

tragically carried on<\/p>\n

they never paused<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

traitorous beings<\/p>\n

devoid of care<\/p>\n

just out for profit<\/p>\n

and so unaware<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

personal motives<\/p>\n

for their private ends<\/p>\n

what is the message<\/p>\n

that truthfully sends<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

humanity falters<\/p>\n

corporates too<\/p>\n

earn as we burn<\/p>\n

in the embers anew<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

hatred and loathing<\/p>\n

it was all there<\/p>\n

a mother was treated<\/p>\n

with abject despair<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

abomination,<\/p>\n

revulsion in fact<\/p>\n

odious bastards<\/p>\n

that’s how they react<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the rainbow bridge beckoned<\/p>\n

and she dragged herself through<\/p>\n

with masses of tears<\/p>\n

as still they did screw<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

beat her and kicked her<\/p>\n

to make her walk straight<\/p>\n

her agony immense<\/p>\n

she stood at the gate<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

staring at their forms<\/p>\n

haggled and lost<\/p>\n

broken disturbed<\/p>\n

a heavy cost<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

lost no emotion<\/p>\n

desperation despair<\/p>\n

they were the qualities<\/p>\n

that cows get there<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the goose flesh is evident<\/p>\n

the coldness is clear<\/p>\n

intimidation<\/p>\n

and abject fear<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ravaged by scarecrows<\/p>\n

disfigured by those<\/p>\n

unlovely labourers<\/p>\n

someone once chose<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

the corporate masters<\/p>\n

heartless and cold<\/p>\n

who drain blood of the youth<\/p>\n

by discarding the old<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Grace died its true<\/p>\n

like so many before<\/p>\n

and many will die<\/p>\n

so many more<\/p>\n

all the while<\/p>\n

humans give cows milk to their<\/p>\n

children<\/p>\n

the calves<\/p>\n

will thus have to bear<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

that cost \u00a0and that agony<\/p>\n

those deaths anew<\/p>\n

and of course in the passage of time<\/p>\n

humans do<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

die of ingesting the ungulate food<\/p>\n

it builds up in their arteries<\/p>\n

and does exude<\/p>\n

from their pores<\/p>\n

from their souls<\/p>\n

it kills them as well<\/p>\n

and each of them<\/p>\n

then spend years in a hell<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

where ungulates come<\/p>\n

and take back some \u00a0breath<\/p>\n

by mass rumination<\/p>\n

and a \u00a0lasting death<\/p>\n
