Yarmouk refugee camp<\/p>\n
is desolate and poor<\/p>\n
thousands as far as the eye can see<\/p>\n
and probably many more<\/p>\n
standing very quietly<\/p>\n
waiting to be fed<\/p>\n
waiting for some hope at least<\/p>\n
now its all come to a head<\/p>\n
the arms dealers are happy<\/p>\n
they have sold a lot of gear<\/p>\n
a lot of homes have been shelled<\/p>\n
and are falling down I hear<\/p>\n
people have lost everything<\/p>\n
hard working families too<\/p>\n
suddenly they have nothing<\/p>\n
and it could be me or you<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
look at the bloody buildings<\/p>\n
smashed down with such force<\/p>\n
and all these people waiting<\/p>\n
hopeful there’s a source<\/p>\n
of food of fresh cool water<\/p>\n
of compassion to be found<\/p>\n
everything’s gone pear shaped<\/p>\n
now upon the ground<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
such empathy is needed<\/p>\n
for the wickedness we see<\/p>\n
the unrighteousness<\/p>\n
the indifference<\/p>\n
the vile depravity<\/p>\n
and all these lovely people<\/p>\n
have lost everything they had<\/p>\n
everything they worked for<\/p>\n
and that’s extremely sad<\/p>\n
all of us but for fortune<\/p>\n
could be in those \u00a0queues<\/p>\n
could be standing naked<\/p>\n
and having to refuse<\/p>\n
those who wish to rape us<\/p>\n
of our senses and our rights<\/p>\n
we too were created<\/p>\n
and now face a bunch of shites<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the people they are crying<\/p>\n
inside their hearts today<\/p>\n
their children may have been taken out<\/p>\n
and murdered anyway<\/p>\n
mothers may be crying<\/p>\n
fathers may be dead<\/p>\n
the arms dealers are happy<\/p>\n
they have \u00a0contracts they are fed<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the wars are well ongoing<\/p>\n
the people are to be<\/p>\n
sacrificed forever<\/p>\n
to preserve humanity<\/p>\n
