I go<\/p>\n
like a carousel horse<\/p>\n
in travelling show<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
they are wood<\/p>\n
but I’m flesh and blood<\/p>\n
Taiji museums favourite stud<\/p>\n

my mother died a while \u00a0ago<\/p>\n
when they stole me<\/p>\n
so I grow<\/p>\n
sadder really by the day<\/p>\n
since they took my mum away<\/p>\n

she was lovely<\/p>\n
she was kind<\/p>\n
she looked after me<\/p>\n
helped me unwind<\/p>\n
out in the ocean<\/p>\n
taught me lots<\/p>\n
that’s until that bunch<\/p>\n
of snots<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
took us down<\/p>\n
and here I be<\/p>\n
in a soup bowl in Taiji<\/p>\n
round and round and round<\/p>\n
I go<\/p>\n
nothing to do<\/p>\n
no one to know<\/p>\n

nothing alive<\/p>\n
nothing to see<\/p>\n
really no future<\/p>\n
ahead of me<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I’m the albino considered a freak<\/p>\n
really the flavour of the week<\/p>\n
in the museum, some human eyes<\/p>\n
stop for a moment and realize<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
then they are off no one to care<\/p>\n
the Japanese are not aware<\/p>\n
Round and round and round<\/p>\n
I go<\/p>\n
clearly kept out of the flow<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
my depression it breaks my heart<\/p>\n
such desperation<\/p>\n
from the \u00a0start<\/p>\n
why me I ask<\/p>\n
why must I be<\/p>\n
going round and round<\/p>\n
continuously<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
its hopeless<\/p>\n
its comfortless<\/p>\n
wearisome too<\/p>\n
there’s really nothing that<\/p>\n
I can do<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
unentertaining<\/p>\n
monotony<\/p>\n
so uninspired<\/p>\n
and fatigued, I be<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
its colourless, and \u00a0drab<\/p>\n
a dreary hole<\/p>\n
and I feel sluggish<\/p>\n
is that the role<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I was born to take<\/p>\n
its insipid here<\/p>\n
the repetition<\/p>\n
gives me such fear<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I weep and wail<\/p>\n
but no one hears<\/p>\n
that’s why I speak through Rex<\/p>\n
my dears<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
my doleful look<\/p>\n
my pathetic eyes<\/p>\n
is how he begins to elegize<\/p>\n
he is our friend a human bloke<\/p>\n
who picks up the sonar<\/p>\n
it is no joke<\/p>\n

and can write it down<\/p>\n
in his poems here<\/p>\n
for he senses<\/p>\n
all our real time fear<\/p>\n
