{"id":16910,"date":"2014-07-18T16:28:12","date_gmt":"2014-07-18T16:28:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cooksdelight.co.uk\/blog\/?p=16910"},"modified":"2014-07-18T16:33:47","modified_gmt":"2014-07-18T16:33:47","slug":"art-and-its-ability-to-change-torture-to-love-and-care","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooksdelight.co.uk\/blog\/2014\/07\/art-and-its-ability-to-change-torture-to-love-and-care\/","title":{"rendered":"Art and its ability to change torture to love and care"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We feel whats right<\/p>\n<p>the expression that our paint<\/p>\n<p>our heart our feeling gives<\/p>\n<p>to a canvas, to a sacred space<\/p>\n<p>to where pure silence lives<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>artists perhaps are privileged<\/p>\n<p>to develop the unseeing eye<\/p>\n<p>to redress the negative from the gaze<\/p>\n<p>and push the reasonableness to a high<\/p>\n<p>to counter torture to develop care<\/p>\n<p>to actually see what is really there<\/p>\n<p>not what the mind may tell us<\/p>\n<p>but<\/p>\n<p>the reality and when we shut<\/p>\n<p>our eyes we see more than we thought<\/p>\n<p>we hear the cries \u00a0we are really caught<\/p>\n<p>up in the mood in the discourse, we<\/p>\n<p>see our minds eye so perfectly<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>some artists use dead animals<\/p>\n<p>or arrange that they are killed<\/p>\n<p>some display their bodily parts<\/p>\n<p>some how its fulfilled<\/p>\n<p>whatever bloody message<\/p>\n<p>their sicks minds want to show<\/p>\n<p>whilst others do the opposite<\/p>\n<p>and in reality grow<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>morally its best I feel to limit another&#8217;s pain<\/p>\n<p>the scales of justice are balanced<\/p>\n<p>when the beating heart does refrain<\/p>\n<p>from evil thoughts or actions<\/p>\n<p>teach by example will<\/p>\n<p>create a world of empathy<\/p>\n<p>where every thing is still<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>create \u00a0the art use heart and mind<\/p>\n<p>imagination calls<\/p>\n<p>put one&#8217;s message through the paint<\/p>\n<p>respect and as light falls<\/p>\n<p>gently on the countryside<\/p>\n<p>and picks out the natural hue<\/p>\n<p>listen to your inner self<\/p>\n<p>and it will follow you<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>the bull comes to the arena<\/p>\n<p>snorting for all he&#8217;s worth<\/p>\n<p>angry at being tortured<\/p>\n<p>he wants to clear the earth<\/p>\n<p>of the matador the satin coated<\/p>\n<p>lithesome little \u00a0prig<\/p>\n<p>armed with swords and such contempt<\/p>\n<p>ready soon to dig<\/p>\n<p>his dirk into the bull spine<\/p>\n<p>and watch the blood erupt<\/p>\n<p>a fountain of pure crimson<\/p>\n<p>from a heartless boy corrupt<\/p>\n<p>and he will want to gore him<\/p>\n<p>cut into a thigh<\/p>\n<p>ram it though his buttocks<\/p>\n<p>and hear the bastard cry<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>the geese and ducks they murmur<\/p>\n<p>clad in steel like cages<\/p>\n<p>crippling their poor legs<\/p>\n<p>they&#8217;ve been there for ages<\/p>\n<p>the air is thick with agony<\/p>\n<p>the pipes are thick with corn<\/p>\n<p>the force feeding is done by thicko&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>who should never have been born<\/p>\n<p>foie gras the culmination<\/p>\n<p>a pate for a king<\/p>\n<p>it should be shoved up their backside hard<\/p>\n<p>until they start to sing<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>instead its the crudest agony that these birds<\/p>\n<p>have to go through<\/p>\n<p>its scurrilous behaviour<\/p>\n<p>from the cavalier in blue<\/p>\n<p>such supercilious action<\/p>\n<p>that flouts and scorns the whole<\/p>\n<p>that humiliates the spirit<\/p>\n<p>and drowns out all the soul<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>art can never replicate<\/p>\n<p>the evil that is man<\/p>\n<p>his photographic prowess<\/p>\n<p>might just be a plan<\/p>\n<p>but the heart of one whose special<\/p>\n<p>who as a<\/p>\n<p>an activist will give<\/p>\n<p>a message to his audience<\/p>\n<p>that every soul must live<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>the lifespan he was given<\/p>\n<p>creation spoke it clear<\/p>\n<p>that art and musing and music<\/p>\n<p>can demonstrate and endear<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We feel whats right the expression that our paint our heart our feeling gives to a canvas, to a sacred space to where pure silence lives &nbsp;
