The expression that art and music has<\/p>\n
is intense or can be so<\/p>\n
the art of musing and not refusing<\/p>\n
to within oneself just go<\/p>\n

to divorce ones outer ego<\/p>\n
from the monetary reward<\/p>\n
and think about the animals<\/p>\n
and those dying by the sword<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n

where Gothic churches climb<\/p>\n
up into the imagination<\/p>\n
and the prevailing sky<\/p>\n
and artists and musicians<\/p>\n

dream our dreams of many things<\/p>\n
and think of those who die<\/p>\n
the animals, the massive bulls<\/p>\n
the geese and with them cry<\/p>\n
the tears forced really out of them<\/p>\n
by \u00a0“gavage” and the true flight<\/p>\n
the arena and the matador<\/p>\n
when the days for them are night<\/p>\n

Take the Healthy virile Bull<\/p>\n
his energy levels very high<\/p>\n
he has the power within his soul<\/p>\n
on him all can rely<\/p>\n
but he is given torture<\/p>\n
he is given pain<\/p>\n
the roaring \u00a0crowds their madness<\/p>\n
over and over again<\/p>\n
the mantra of the \u00a0matador<\/p>\n
boost his ego so<\/p>\n
sharpen up your wits my boy<\/p>\n
push your swords real slow<\/p>\n
think of those poor gaggling geese<\/p>\n
standing in their cage<\/p>\n
being force fed day and night<\/p>\n
and feeling all that rage<\/p>\n
the pipe that scars the precious throat<\/p>\n
and the liver that explodes<\/p>\n
the artist takes this seriously<\/p>\n
how it makes in roads<\/p>\n
into what is sanity<\/p>\n
depravity and mind<\/p>\n
torture for the sake of it<\/p>\n
we have eyes but remain blind<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
to the other souls who share this<\/p>\n
planet<\/p>\n
share this joyous time<\/p>\n
but who we steal the thunder from<\/p>\n
just so we can climb<\/p>\n
out of the pit we make for them<\/p>\n
and bow before the crowd<\/p>\n
the bull lies dead drowned in his blood<\/p>\n
the goose is in a shroud<\/p>\n
of pain of the vilest agony<\/p>\n
we create, her disease<\/p>\n
foie gras farms<\/p>\n
devoid of charms<\/p>\n
murder done with ease<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
and for what, so richer viler sods<\/p>\n
can partake of their meal<\/p>\n
the pate that will pack their heart<\/p>\n
the pate of the real<\/p>\n
the bull fighting<\/p>\n
in France has a judicial exemption there<\/p>\n
and so tradition plays a part<\/p>\n
and leads to more despair<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Bull the Duck the Goose the man<\/p>\n
its not all part of life’s great plan<\/p>\n
its torture of the most terrible kind<\/p>\n
that the artist and the poet find<\/p>\n
objectionable and denunciate<\/p>\n
such profanity who dares relate<\/p>\n
abusive evil blackguards hear<\/p>\n
these expressions only speak of fear<\/p>\n
they are ominous they frighten so<\/p>\n
the unconsoling too and fro<\/p>\n
the callous use of entertainment<\/p>\n
and great dishes<\/p>\n
precious time spent<\/p>\n
in an unrewarded way<\/p>\n
creating what was a vile display<\/p>\n
an unappeasability<\/p>\n
so lacking in humility<\/p>\n
