Mother Nature<\/p>\n
she’s always there<\/p>\n
she fixes things<\/p>\n
she’s so aware<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
man comes along<\/p>\n
with his violent ways<\/p>\n
logs the forests<\/p>\n
and who pays<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the trees, the saplings<\/p>\n
the insects the birds<\/p>\n
honestly we should mind our words<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
for Mother Nature she just pays<\/p>\n
to turn the clock back<\/p>\n
to a phase<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
where equilibrium<\/p>\n
helps us see<\/p>\n
that the passage of time<\/p>\n
does hold the key<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
to regeneration<\/p>\n
for creation builds<\/p>\n
with wind and rain and soul<\/p>\n
the fields<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
grow again<\/p>\n
for arrogance<\/p>\n
has no place in the great romance<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mother Nature the goddess who<\/p>\n
survives the onslaught<\/p>\n
and remains true<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
great swards may perish<\/p>\n
but still we see<\/p>\n
an ever expanding possiblity<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Look at the ravages of fire<\/p>\n
of flood and earthquake<\/p>\n
it feels dire<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
to the human spirit but we see<\/p>\n
a landscape<\/p>\n
and a fertility<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
a greening<\/p>\n
and a place of care<\/p>\n
For Mother Nature does not despair<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the way of man<\/p>\n
is to try and tame<\/p>\n
often his methods<\/p>\n
just inflame<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
his lack of understanding can<\/p>\n
ruin the truly natural plan<\/p>\n
but despite all that<\/p>\n
with wisdom vast<\/p>\n
she can rebalance and rekindle fast<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
with some of her allies<\/p>\n
the wild souls who<\/p>\n
join together and make it through<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
look to her spirit<\/p>\n
look to her flair<\/p>\n
remember my dears<\/p>\n
she is always there<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
man can destroy<\/p>\n
he is so good at that<\/p>\n
but he cannot create<\/p>\n
out of where he is at<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
and this is his failing<\/p>\n
from forest to glade<\/p>\n
and into a desert his poisons<\/p>\n
he’s laid<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
But Nature has answers<\/p>\n
she builds as we err<\/p>\n
and proves she can do it<\/p>\n
she does concur<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
she has the power<\/p>\n
she has the time<\/p>\n
