This has been a terrible two years<\/p>\n
Greece has lapsed in fact<\/p>\n
so many animals slaughtered<\/p>\n
how does the world react<\/p>\n
the severity the rigidity<\/p>\n
the suppression of a breed<\/p>\n
the violence and the oppression<\/p>\n
the pitilessness indeed<\/p>\n
shot and poisoned<\/p>\n
hung and tortured<\/p>\n
crimes committed there<\/p>\n
bodies \u00a0moving in the waves<\/p>\n
which lead on to despair<\/p>\n
murdered thrown into the sea<\/p>\n
to let the currents throw<\/p>\n
bust and break these innocent souls<\/p>\n
who are sent up from below<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
up \u00a0trees you find them tied with wire<\/p>\n
or hanging choked and gone<\/p>\n
their eyes are bulging<\/p>\n
all that pain<\/p>\n
and just left there upon<\/p>\n
some tree thats born from energy<\/p>\n
and has to bear this pain<\/p>\n
share the victims horror<\/p>\n
all of it again<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
limbless cats a peering<\/p>\n
with those doleful eyes<\/p>\n
clearly in such terror<\/p>\n
the look of complete surprise<\/p>\n
of shock of being frightened<\/p>\n
not knowing who to trust<\/p>\n
trapped inside some hoop or can<\/p>\n
we know how needs must<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
mangy strays so pitiful<\/p>\n
flea ridden scratched alive<\/p>\n
bleeding from vast areas<\/p>\n
how can they survive<\/p>\n
all this fearsome skin protuberance<\/p>\n
all this dreadful pain<\/p>\n
nobody seems to want them<\/p>\n
most have gone insane<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
sick and dying<\/p>\n
frightened not prepared to let<\/p>\n
anybody near them<\/p>\n
they were, once, somebody’s pet<\/p>\n
but streetlife and \u00a0the gutter<\/p>\n
tempers those that do<\/p>\n
the rounds and get the kickings<\/p>\n
and the starvings nothings new<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
head rolling and banging<\/p>\n
dormant sickly they<\/p>\n
the whimpering breed<\/p>\n
are hurting<\/p>\n
lost souls in every way<\/p>\n
Greece is shocked and dying<\/p>\n
its people clearly are<\/p>\n
doing things to cats and dogs<\/p>\n
double edged they scar<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Satan must be watching<\/p>\n
Nemesis must be too<\/p>\n
the gods are frightfully upset<\/p>\n
and what the greeks now do<\/p>\n
punitive \u00a0and persecuted<\/p>\n
all around the place<\/p>\n
the third degree<\/p>\n
it has to be<\/p>\n
