I had one friend<\/p>\n

she was manhandled by some goons<\/p>\n

was upside down<\/p>\n
to share<\/p>\n

this grotesque \u00a0awful murder<\/p>\n
took me by surprise<\/p>\n
shocked me, tore my heart out of me<\/p>\n
I couldn’t realize<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the horror now before me<\/p>\n
I dare.not look again<\/p>\n
she didn’t even whimper<\/p>\n
those people were insane<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
no empathy whatsoever<\/p>\n
just so, matter of fact<\/p>\n
hack \u00a0my \u00a0pretty friends<\/p>\n
head off<\/p>\n
and not even react<\/p>\n

I am sick down to my stomach<\/p>\n
I now feel the greatest woe<\/p>\n
I loved her like no other friend<\/p>\n

and her blood just seemed to drain<\/p>\n
and with it all my thoughtfulness<\/p>\n

as she floated up above<\/p>\n
above me<\/p>\n
looking down on me<\/p>\n
all I could do was cry<\/p>\n
cry inside my heart today<\/p>\n
