it shot up on its stem<\/p>\n
it rose into the heavens<\/p>\n
each petal formed the gem<\/p>\n
a golden cherub in the raw<\/p>\n
dances in the breeze<\/p>\n
welcoming Ostara’s gaze<\/p>\n
and all the sweet faeries<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
that come at eventide<\/p>\n
to dance melodiously and spin<\/p>\n
as pollen rains down on them all<\/p>\n
dampening their skin<\/p>\n
spreading joy and laughter<\/p>\n
to everybody’s eye<\/p>\n
drawn into their magic ring<\/p>\n
from somewhere far on high<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Daffodils bring spring fast thrills<\/p>\n
to the little folk in green<\/p>\n
who live beside the cherry tree<\/p>\n
where they have always been<\/p>\n
resident in my garden<\/p>\n
with their aura so sublime<\/p>\n
who wear the scent of rosemary<\/p>\n
and who all travel through time<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
