but some adversity<\/p>\n
was imminent<\/p>\n

when her carer had to go<\/p>\n
into a far nursing home<\/p>\n
that is when you know<\/p>\n
the worst is going to happen<\/p>\n
the children we’nt the same<\/p>\n
they did have the sense of care<\/p>\n
their mother had<\/p>\n
they claim<\/p>\n
to be all that the mother was<\/p>\n
but of course what they did do<\/p>\n
was parcel me with my bed and carry cot<\/p>\n
it is \u00a0its true<\/p>\n
and take me to the pound<\/p>\n
and dump me<\/p>\n
not even say goodbye<\/p>\n
just wipe their lousy hands of me<\/p>\n
no care if I should die<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
