A cart horse<\/p>\n
I really am not<\/p>\n
yet I work<\/p>\n
even when its hot<\/p>\n
pulling fat arses like you<\/p>\n
up hills<\/p>\n
which I just shouldn’t do<\/p>\n
and what do you give me<\/p>\n
each day<\/p>\n
not even a small bag of hay<\/p>\n
the traffic is smelly and I<\/p>\n
can’t cope with it really and why<\/p>\n
I don’t like them getting too near<\/p>\n
their exhausts really make me feel queer<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Sometimes I can hardly believe<\/p>\n
the weight you want me to achieve<\/p>\n
and the speed that you want me to go<\/p>\n
I feel put upon now as you know<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It would just be better to die<\/p>\n
for clearly I’m unloved, and I<\/p>\n
hate to be unloved and told<\/p>\n
to work till I drop and be sold<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
off to the knackers yard me<\/p>\n
I come from a \u00a0good pedigree<\/p>\n
but I’m treated like dirt<\/p>\n
and it really does hurt<\/p>\n
when nobody notices me<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
so tonight I feel sad and forlorn<\/p>\n
I wish I had never been born<\/p>\n
I just want to lay down and die<\/p>\n
knowing nobody near me will cry<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
nobody cares about me<\/p>\n
nobody shares what I see<\/p>\n
nobody loves me for me<\/p>\n
and all I want now is to be free<\/p>\n
