Big Tears we share this morning<\/p>\n
the sitar we can feel<\/p>\n
the ropes are being cut away<\/p>\n
the agony is real<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the ignorance of man un kind<\/p>\n
who exerts his rotten power<\/p>\n
on an angel \u00a0who happened to have 4 legs<\/p>\n
who helped him every hour<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
of every day<\/p>\n
the ropes cut through the muscle<\/p>\n
and the skin<\/p>\n
the tendons they were shattered<\/p>\n
this man had let his sin<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
encompass all his longings<\/p>\n
and engaged in torture he<\/p>\n
had lost sight of the angel with 4 legs<\/p>\n
and that was key<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the donkey worked its butt off<\/p>\n
the donkey shed its tears<\/p>\n
every step it took<\/p>\n
inside itself it hears<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the blood that oozes<\/p>\n
from its legs<\/p>\n
the scampering maggots too<\/p>\n
it hears them<\/p>\n
and it feels them<\/p>\n
knowing not what it can do<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
if it slows down it gets beaten<\/p>\n
if it whinnies it is told<\/p>\n
if it closes down<\/p>\n
its kicked and kicked<\/p>\n
its told it will be sold<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
so it works itself and tries to please<\/p>\n
its master everyday<\/p>\n
till all its legs<\/p>\n
are infected<\/p>\n
and its life is just dismay<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Animal Aid<\/p>\n
was notified<\/p>\n
and sent its angels to<\/p>\n
the place where working animals<\/p>\n
are threatened<\/p>\n
as they do<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
see the need for love and care<\/p>\n
for cleansing and to be<\/p>\n
allowed to rest<\/p>\n
allowed to feel<\/p>\n
peace from slavery<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
the story it brings tears<\/p>\n
a flooding<\/p>\n
each of us we know<\/p>\n
that poor soul gave its all<\/p>\n
to someone<\/p>\n
and got blow after blow<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
its poor legs tied together<\/p>\n
cutting through the skin<\/p>\n
but still it kept on working<\/p>\n
despite the awful din<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
despite the dirt and mayhem<\/p>\n
despite the weight it held<\/p>\n
despite the scampering maggots<\/p>\n
until the pain just felled<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
its spirit and it could<\/p>\n
not go<\/p>\n
another inch, and so<\/p>\n
it fell down on the roadside<\/p>\n
and let its master know<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
still he bloody kicked \u00a0and kicked<\/p>\n
swore at him all day<\/p>\n
but animal aid were on the case<\/p>\n
and have taken him away<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
he will now not work<\/p>\n
he will rest and be<\/p>\n
sheltered from the adversity<\/p>\n
but working animals everywhere<\/p>\n
