Rescued from the Dairy<\/p>\n
hooked up night and day<\/p>\n
to the machines that<\/p>\n
stole our vital liquids<\/p>\n
without pay<\/p>\n
stole it from the calves we had<\/p>\n
all were killed so you<\/p>\n
could partake in the milk produced<\/p>\n
for that is what you do<\/p>\n
to be released and to enjoy<\/p>\n
the green grass that once was<\/p>\n
home to our ancestors<\/p>\n
we were released because<\/p>\n
that was to be our home coming<\/p>\n
watch us as we play<\/p>\n
kick our legs and really<\/p>\n
dance about<\/p>\n
our normal way<\/p>\n
of showing off our joy<\/p>\n
for life<\/p>\n
its just wonderful<\/p>\n
for we<\/p>\n
might have been<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
in a world that was obscene<\/p>\n
on a gantry<\/p>\n
throats slashed<\/p>\n
all now bleeding out<\/p>\n
ready to meet our god<\/p>\n
but we are in the light of day<\/p>\n
our feet in the sod<\/p>\n
