The Great Apes are much cleverer than we took them for

\nBy not using the tools we take for granted
\nAnd helping to allay each others fears
\nWading in a river does need caution
\nA stick provides a measurement and so
\nGorillas are not stupid thats for certain
\nHow deep the water is they need to know
\nOthers seemingly use sticks to aid their gait
\nWalking sticks, Gorillas need them too
\nSticks that help support,yes their capable of thought
