Blood curdling screams

\nfrom Rabbits being plucked
\nclearly the Chinese labourers

\nthey are plucked again
\nthe agony is obvious
\nfrom the terror and the strain
\nthese animals are put through

\nwait their turn with much concern

\nthe experience so shocking
\ngreat tufts of the finest hair
\nare yanked out of their bodies
\nand nobody does care
\nthey bleed they shake
\nthey scream their heads off
\nand nobody does hear
\nand the people in the shops
\nthey think think of price but never fear
\nthey do not even know where
\nthe Angora comes from they
\nmany don’t care a monkeys
\nabout it anyway
\nbut we must be responsible
\nnot leave it to those few
\nactivists around the world

The buyers of these materials
\nare corrupt they have to be
\nthey know how much the animals suffer

\nand their balance sheet looks right
\nand they pay their workers badly
\nthen they are in the light

\ncrying in their sleep
\ndoes nothing to their ego’s
\nas long as the products cheap
\nand in China those bloody plucker’s
\nare paid a a pittance and they
\nmust pluck so many Rabbits
\nor they don’t get enough pay
\nso its done with utter churlishness
\nand not an gram of care
\nwhich leads the victims
\ninto what is then months of despair<\/p>\n
then it becomes evident
\ntheir time apparently

\nand their throats are slashed
