I can feel the present frustration
\nyear after year we all see
\nnursing pups slaughtered
\nout on the sands
\nNamibia’s at it and we
\nrealise it is a sanctuary too
\nwith tourists who pay
\nto see Seals
\nbut they do not know
\nthat earlier that day
\nthey slaughter them there
\nit reveals<\/p>\n
a sickness a terrible problem
\nNambibia want to be seen
\nas a place where the seals
\ncan all flourish
\nbut also to kill them
\nso mean
\nthey are having their cake
\nand their eating it
\nand the world looks upon them as good
\nknowing their killing and selling the pelts
\nand we feel we’re misunderstood<\/p>\n
the gangs go in early and slaughter
\nthe jcb’s follow and hide
\nall of the evidence all of the blood
\nyes they take us for a ride
\nthe tourists then pay them to see
\nlittle seals with their mothers
\nenjoying the day
\nand as soon as they’ve gone
\nthey start up the con
\nand blow these sweet babies away<\/p>\n
Namibia has to be seen as a crook
\ncruel they are cruel I can say
\nselling these pelts to the Egyptian man
\nwho lives in Sydney so they say
\nits nowt about fish its just money
\na lucrative market thats all
\nit pays to bash some of them over the head
\nand drive people like us up the wall<\/p>\n
Namibia she gets the okay
\nand tourists flood in every year
\nif they got a black mark for what they are doing
\nthen they would change that is clear
\nand thats where we ought to be aiming our vote
\nthat is the way we can sink their boat
\nsigning petitions and answering posts
\nis causing frustration and too many ghosts<\/p>\n
The EEC has banned the seal products so
\nget Oz and New Zealand and others to show
\ntheir strength by so doing ban seal skins worldwide
\nslaughter their market banish the pride
\nof working with seal skin prohibit its use
\nthen we can curtail all this vile abuse
\nI feel the frustration I hate it too
