then off loading in the sun

\npeople all dressed differntly
\nit, heightens the fears
\nalready from the journey
\nwhen manhandling then takes place
\nbeing dragged along the street
\nit is quite a disgrace
\near tags torn off carelessly
\nand different kinds of smells
\nbearded men brandishing knives
\nnothing really gels
\nthen someone sticks a knife
\ninto a sheep just up ahead
\nso there’s blood now on the pavement
\ncoming from that sheeps head
\nthey are murdering the animals
\ncutting them in the street
\nso many flies clouds of them
\nall around our feet
\nthis is a ghoulish experience
\nfor Australian sheep to see
\nafter the terrible crossing
\nto come face to face with me
\nand I am great tall Arab
\ndressed in great white smock
\nready to take the sheep apart
\nand kill it with some rock
\nthis is a true reality
\nthis is what people do
\nslaughter the sheep in the street
\nin complete public view
\nof children with their satchels
\nof other kids in prams
\nwomen going about their business
\na wagon load of yams
\nJordan took delivery and slaughtering began
\nreally I am so distraught to find out that I am<\/p>\n
now tied in some paddock
\nwaiting to get my throat
\nslashed by someone with a sword
\nwho wasn’t on the boat
\nsome Arab in some temple
\nhas taken me to be
\nsalughtered by the high priest
\nthats what he said to me
\nwell I’m shaking like the clappers
\nthe thought of death is oh!
\nI just cannot describe it

why have live exports re started
\nwhy dont they understand
