When we put a pig into a cage
\nand leave it there for quite an age
\nbut not realise how much its hurts
\nthe pig I mean how it subverts
\nits being, in such a vile way
\nits so controlling the dismay
\nthe pig feels in its psyche, and
\nthe fact that some can’t understand
\nand let them lament inside themselves
\nfeel so let down for no one delves
\nfurther they just let them lie
\nin their own shit asking why
\nand I think they have every right
\nto ask why am I caged so very tight
\nunable to move unable to scratch
\nunable to think or even latch
\nonto thoughts, of how to be
\na pig again effectively<\/p>\n
the men who think up such an ordeal
\nI wonder really how they feel
\nif they put themselves in that same place
\nwould they feel the same disgrace
\nand if they did what makes them do
\nsuch evil things so very few
\npeople I know would ever feel
\nit right to be so enclosed for real
\nto feel the wire on every part
\nof one’s body it gets to the heart
\nit hurts a lot to be trapped like this
\nit feels as if they take the piss<\/p>\n
and of course digruntled
\nthey are bound to be
\nno freedom really its crucially
\ntorture and torment and hurts inside
\nyou can’t turn around
\nyou can’t confide
\nyour trapped in there all night
\nall day
\nthats your life thats the way<\/p>\n
the only chance you well ever get
\nis the slaughterhouse run
\nwhen maybe they will let
\nyou out to walk if your legs will work
\nif not its the electric prod and jerk
\nthe final march to slitting floor
\nwhere they slit your throat
\nand then ignore<\/p>\n
your dance of death
\nyour bleeding out
\nsnorting hard from your
\ntender snout
\nkicking madly hoping to
\nreach the rainbow bridge
