West Texas is now feeling
\nembarrassment and pain
\n30 towns are short of water
\nthat will be a strain
\nlargely they have been diverting
\nunderground supplies
\nto feed those fracking frackers
\nand of course their fracking lies<\/p>\n
pulling up the arsenic and the chemical
\ncocktail
\nthats plunging down into those drills
\na real gruesome trail
\nclearly those few fat cats
\nare licking up their cream
\nwhilst the rest of the community
\nlearn to sort of dream<\/p>\n
that once they had some water
\nbut now the rate of waste
\nis humungous and quite soon
\nthe water will run out the taste
\nwill then just be a memory
\narsenic and chemicals laced<\/p>\n
what with droughts and climate change
\nand all this fracking waste
\nnatural gas will cost a packet
\nit must now be faced
\na few have made a killing
\nit happens all the time
\nits no stop gap solution
\nonly a fool would chime<\/p>\n
up with these excuses
\nthe politician clan
\nwho listen to the fat cat rants
\nas your town goes down the pan
\nlisten to each other
\nand the activists and you
\nmight just get out of this alive
\notherwise they will screw<\/p>\n
you and all those little towns
\nand your house prices will fall
\ndont believe the frackers
\nremember they are not cool
\nthey are in it for what they can get
\nand you dont mean a thing
\nthey pull the gas and frack off
