The wilderness
\nis my home
\nI am limitless
\nthe sky above is my
\nceiling to my world
\nI understand the elements
\nmore so than all those 2 legs
\nthis is my world I exist
\nits boundaries are my doors
\nof course the trees the leaves the flowers
\nI am curious to see
\nI love to play it is my way
\nand the breezes yes they be
\nwarm and cool upon my face
\nas I run through the terrain
\nmy single mindedness are my thoughts
\nI am vigilant and I gain
\na great deal of my knowledge
\nfrom listening for I
\nlive out in this wilderness
\nI am truly and outside guy<\/p>\n
I like to stretch up tree trunks
\nand smell the sun drenched leaves
\nsome leaves are very sweet
\nand that sweetness achieves
\na kind of true euphoria in me
\nI have to say
\na wolf needs lots of lightness
\nto just get through the day<\/p>\n
yes I am an apex predator
\nbut in fact I am ultra fair
\nI don’t kill for the sake of it
\nfor me I am aware
\nof life and of creation
\nand to kill for no reason would
\nbe wrong it would be so unfair
\neven though I could<\/p>\n
instinctively I have no fear
\nbut commonplace today
\nthe 2 legs
\nin their heartless state
\nwant to blow me away
\nany fucking reason
\nif there isn’t one
\nthey make
\na reason just to shoot me
\noh yes they want their cake<\/p>\n
I’ve killed some sheep
\nI never do
\nI want wild food their crap
\nis filled with bloody chemicals
\nI get into a flap
\nthere’s something in the raw flesh
\nthat makes my hormones tight
\nI seem to not be in control
\nof my faculties I fight<\/p>\n
a battle with myself sometimes
\nafter eating sheep
\ngive me wild food any day
\nthat fast food
\nmakes me weep
\nthen there’s those pesky Ravens
\nthey steal your food like mad
\nand so I’ve joined a pack of wolves
\nand really I am glad<\/p>\n
we share our kills
\nand that is good
\nthe crows and vultures come
\nbut we can see the buggers off
\nbefore, they eat some
\nthe 2 legs are our major worry
\non this earth today
\nthey have no understanding
\ntheir ignorance is way<\/p>\n
up there in the heavens
\nwhat they have forgot
\nyou wouldn’t believe
\nif they lived out here
\nthey wouldn’t get a lot
\nout of this wild garden
\nout of this great sky
\nthe trouble is they come with guns
\nand bows and lots now die<\/p>\n
man un kind is destroying everything
\na Midas he is not
\nthe wilderness though it is shared
\nseriously we’ve got
\na major problems on our paws
\nthe 2 legs for they are
\nthe worst threat really to themselves
