Romania is showing us its true colours
\nits laws are proving frightfully unfair
\nits not taken into account
\nthat this is true life
\nthese are lives these souls are living
\nthrough their strife
\nthe streets are like a battleground
\nfor certain
\npeople are the problem not the strays
\nits people who have took them and decided
\nto throw them out to go their separate ways
\nwhen they were born they were loved perhaps
\nfor a little while
\nand then when times changed they were the victims
\nand they
\nwere thrown out just like rubbish in the council bin
\nunprepared and lost to make their way
\nthrough a battlefield where human flotsam
\nwas ready just to murder them on sight
\nimagine if you can what that must feel like
\nin your hearts you know that isn’t right
\nbut what can you do but try to become a survivor
\neverywhere you go their traps and you
\nhave to live out on the streets you have be so careful
\nso you do
\nand laws are passed to kill on sight
\nmore problems
\nRomania was no place to be born
\nso many people wants your guts for garters
\nthe realization is there of the new dawn
\nand you witness many a vile event ahead of you
\nbeatings, kickings, hangings yes you’ve seen
\nimagine how that would make you feel
\nwhen each time you looked for perhaps a meal
\nyou ended up as the meal its quite obscene
\nEmma was a lucky one she was put out and hit
\ncrossing the road nobody slows
\nand blood she began to spit
\nthe car had run her over her back legs they were crushed
\nand fortunately 4 Paws International had rushed
\nrescued her and helped her back to life
\naway from woe
\nthey became her angels as everyone does know
\npeople with hearts beating for every soul they see
\nthese are the true angels they look like you and me
\nno wings well not to speak of
\nbut wings that help them to
\nfind and save these woeful souls
\nwho were in the public view<\/p>\n
Emma is now better she is walking on some wheels
\na little cart was fashioned and she now gets regular
\nmeals
\nshe is one of the fortunate ones thousands have been lost
\nmurdered strung up burned alive their price of life
\nhas cost
\nthem dearly and it carries on and on and on and on
\nthe new law will just make things worse
\nhumility has gone
\nsamaritans are a dying breed its the hoodlums
\nwho pass by
\nwho murder and who torture they could be you or I
\nthey could really anyone whose feels the need to be
