\nthe trees are packed with insects
\nand the litter is alive
\neverywhere is brimming

myriads of different plants
\ntrees and fruits and flowers
\nvines and creepers climbing upwards
\neach with innate powers
\nto struggle and to work together
\nfor the good of all
\nand then we hear the chainsaws
\nthe ragged nasty haul<\/p>\n
of loggers with the jCB’s their
\nvile behaviour they
\nwill pull the trees down
\nchop them up and cart all life away
\nkill all the forest creatures
\nand just make them pay
\nslash and burn the forests
\nand just blot out the day<\/p>\n
kill and slaughter everything
\nwatch the soil erode
\nmy Goddess it does just appal
\nwhat a heavy load
\nthese bloody degenerates
\nthe rotten corporate crowd
\nworking in a miasma
\ncreating their own shroud<\/p>\n
and planting up the Palm Trees
\ndarkness imported in
\nblack cobra’s rats and other vermin
\ndragging in the sin
\nof men who killed the forests
\nthe lungs of life are lost
\ntimber and now palm oil
\nit is an awful cost
\nand we who know the forest
\nthe orangutans yes they
\nare being killed and injured
\nevery one does pay<\/p>\n
for the corporates share of profit
\nand the darkness that descends
\ndeath is coming to the eastern forests
\nas life ends
\nthe shadows and the horrors
\nbear down on all who cry
\non their knees remembering
\nthe life force and the sky<\/p>\n
its all gone its all finished
\nthe erosion and the sand
\nthe rivers are polluted
\nand they didn’t understand
\nthey went back to America
\ncounting their dollar bills
\ntheir hands and hearts were grimy
\nso they scoffed their bloody pills
