My raven haired goddess
\nwhose extensions of cherry
\ngrow through a forest of
\nhazel where she
\nis a warrior with the brightest of spirits
\na lass with the strength and the might
\nof a tree
\nshe is totally beautiful
\nwhatever countenance
\nshe may display
\nmakes no difference to me<\/p>\n
whether smiling or thoughtful
\nshe’s ever so graceful
\nmightily knowledgeable
\nand thus to be
\nanywhere near her
\nis marvellously rewarding
\nfor the depth of her aura
\njust envelopes me<\/p>\n
and under that power
\nI can fly like an eagle
\nI can walk without fretting
\nand seemingly feel
\nI can share a vast storehouse
\nof brainwaves and caring
\nand feel the power of her mind
\nwhich is real<\/p>\n
with the zeal of a stag
\nshe can leap to the heavens
\nwith the strength of an Elk
\nshe is part of the breeze
\njust to be beside her
\nher warriors spirit
\ncomes into my being
\nwith consummate ease<\/p>\n
her eyes are like pools
\ndirect to her soul
\na great depth within
\nI can take on that role
\nof journeying forward
\nfeeling that healing
\nit is extraordinary
\nand so revealing<\/p>\n
her hands have been worked
\nbut her softness is there
\nI just love to hold her
\nfor I am aware
\nof that skin of its subtlety
\nand of its power
\njust the touch of her fingers
\nand I’m in the now<\/p>\n
I sit here and think of her
\nwords come and go
\nbut her marvellous aura
\ninside me does grow
\nI can feel every thought
\nevery sigh every breath
\nI’m aware of my age
\nI’m aware of my death<\/p>\n
I’m aware of the shadows
\nwhen I am alone
\nI’m aware of the moon
\nand the light that is thrown
\nonto my window and into my heart
\nand through every cell
\nand want that to start<\/p>\n
but I realise night holds
\nlittle for me
\nbut the closing of eyes
\nand the turn of the key
\nthoughts I have thoughts
\ndreams, I have them too
\nbut the music of moon beams
\nis out in the blue<\/p>\n

\nlet me see your eyes last
