\/>\nstressful moments float away<br \/>\nacross deep thoughts an elysian grove<br \/>\nwithin a yew strung treasure trove<\/p>\n<p>silence is a soulful servant<br \/>\nsending forth a stillness and<br \/>\nlulling minds borne out of loving<br \/>\nfor Nature&#8217;s green and pleasant land<br \/>\nsweet nosegays of pretty petals<br \/>\nbudding bough&#8217;s all brilliance building<br \/>\npretty offerings salient gifts<br \/>\nsoftly scents and heavenly lifts<\/p>\n<p>endearingly and purposefully<br \/>\nand youthfully all yielding<br \/>\na sanctuary providing a spiritual embrace<br \/>\nsecret sighs do realise the naturalness and grace<br \/>\nof water bursting forth out of the bowels of mother earth<br \/>\npouring forth a quality created for re-birth<\/p>\n<p>to sit beside a lady a warrior a Queen<br \/>\nas beautiful as any, who there has ever been<br \/>\nsuch ebullience so much verve<br \/>\nprojected out from her that she<br \/>\nthrusts a silent gaze a far<br \/>\nand gives so much to me<br \/>\na thrilling sweet persuasion<br \/>\na mindful mystery<br \/>\na smile that curls into a moonlit magic<br \/>\nof creativity<\/p>\n<p>an interlude beside the well<br \/>\na candle lit release<br \/>\na tranquillity a reverence<br \/>\na belief that cannot cease<br \/>\nto amaze the mortal on her knees<br \/>\ngazing with closed eyes<br \/>\nas the ancients look upon her<br \/>\nwith their wild and weary eyes<\/p>\n<p>The holy thorn such innocence<br \/>\nsuch purity to see<br \/>\nits contribution to the world<br \/>\nof course creativity<br \/>\nprogressing ever higher<br \/>\nat Yule it does evolve<br \/>\nand at Easter its white blossom<br \/>\nhelps us all to solve<\/p>\n<p>the age old story<br \/>\nthat became apparent<br \/>\nto those downhearted souls<br \/>\nwho had lost their way<br \/>\nbut on seeing these white<br \/>\nblossoms<br \/>\nin the snowyness of Winter<br \/>\nhelped them with their own<br \/>\ngrey skies to say<\/p>\n<p>time is of the essence<br \/>\nand time changes so much<br \/>\nthe Angel seat is where you will greet<br \/>\nand try to stay in touch<br \/>\nwith the flowers the buds<br \/>\nthe blossom the bees<br \/>\nwho tirelessly<br \/>\ncollect their little baskets<br \/>\nof pollen naturally<\/p>\n<p>The meadow green and grassy<br \/>\na soft and gentle sward<br \/>\nbetween the Chalice and the Tor<br \/>\nbeyond the great accord<\/p>\n<p>the shop its pea green vista<br \/>\nits myriad of things<br \/>\nstartling the whisperer<br \/>\nfor each of course now brings<br \/>\na harmony of sensation<br \/>\na growing hope to see<br \/>\nsomething they can purchase<br \/>\nfrom the shelves where mystery<br \/>\nis housed in potent helpings<br \/>\na charming vestibule<br \/>\nsurprising many a visitor<br \/>\nwho clearly came to call<\/p>\n<p>the lions head<br \/>\nsits in wonder<br \/>\nrock hewn its so delivers<br \/>\nthe water of the spring<br \/>\nthe sparkle of the light form<br \/>\nthe flowing gurgling<\/p>\n<p>King Arthur&#8217;s Court and Healing Pool<br \/>\nthe rich red iron clad rock<br \/>\nonce more glistening famously<br \/>\nour eyes can so unlock<br \/>\nthe ancients truest wisdom<br \/>\ndiluted for us all<br \/>\nwhere algae thrives the many lives<br \/>\nare witnessed by us all<\/p>\n<p>the Yew trees sweep and tangle<br \/>\nembracing wind and rain<br \/>\nsearching, ever searching<br \/>\nred berries again<br \/>\ntheir life force is immense<br \/>\nand ancient is their right<br \/>\nso much superstition and folklore<br \/>\nand great light<\/p>\n<p>The vesica pool a swirling force<br \/>\na figure of eight I do deduce<br \/>\nthe mountain streams<br \/>\nthe high crag dreams<br \/>\nthe sweep and soulful link<br \/>\nwe see<br \/>\nwithin the water clear and free<\/p>\n<p>the water and its great healing<br \/>\nrevealing to us all<br \/>\nthe power the subtle quality<br \/>\nthe great rise and the fall<br \/>\nthe energy of mountains<br \/>\nthe magnetism we<br \/>\nare drawn through it to<br \/>\nwonderment<br \/>\nfor that is where we be<\/p>\n<p>The Chalice Well great Gardens<br \/>\na place of peace despite<br \/>\nthe busy road and the people<br \/>\nwho challenge and invite<br \/>\nthe spirits now of Glastonbury<br \/>\nto drift up to the Tor<br \/>\nthat shares the freedom<br \/>\nof summits green<br \/>\nbursting from the floor<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>and outside of all this aura<\/p>\n<p>the roads or arteries<\/p>\n<p>were not designed to carry<\/p>\n<p>all this traffic<\/p>\n<p>the tease<\/p>\n<p>is Glastonbury&#8217;s future<\/p>\n<p>is being compromised<\/p>\n<p>its positively dangerous<\/p>\n<p>I am sure its realized<\/p>\n<p>but something must \u00a0be done soon<\/p>\n<p>for this \u00a0historic town<\/p>\n<p>needs its visitors and its residents<\/p>\n<p>or it could all come tumbling
