\nyou feel it straight away

\nI am now within a place where dreams
\nare shared and brought to be
\na wonderland of wonderment
\nfor anyone to see
\ngrotesquely peering faces
\nchortle and create
\na world submerged in fantasy
\nand then proliferate
\na skull inside the mini lift
\nand Lily lacy white
\nnothing was too much trouble
\nand all the girls were bright
\nfantastic customer service
\na peaceful aura there
\nwith little whiffs of magic
\nand spells just in the air
\nfaeries witches wizards
\nbesoms shields and swords
\ncrocodiles and lizards
\nand lots of sweet rewards
\nsubmerged in total empathy
\ndutifully disguised
\nmasks and wigs and beards
\nand when you realised
\nthis whole enchanting vista
\nis there for you to see
\nbe wrapped up in its magic
\nand its flights of fantasy
\nupstairs a bunny bottom man
\na rather fluffy tail
\nagain a lovely cheerfulness
\nas he plucked them from the rail
\na vast vault of veneration
\ncelebrating soul
\naspirations aptly coaxed
\nin every sort of role
\nthis is fairy land for all those
\nwho imagine and can see
\nwhat is really all around us
\nbrought to life to be
\navailable just there
\nwith open eyes we see
\nan oasis where the faerie folk
\npractice mythic imagery
\noutside in Shaftesbury Avenue
\na clutter a cacophony
\nreality a noisy neighbour
