Cages made of wire
\nsmall cages filled up
\ntight
\nfaces pressed against the wire
\na pretty painful sight
\ndoleful eyes searching
\nfrom the soul into a space
\nany space out of this space
\ninto anybody’s face
\nbut no one wants to
\nshare that gaze
\nto return that heartfelt plea
\nthe Chinese workers
\nhaven’t got the time
\nto care
\nor see
\nanything but work all day
\nand that’s the only thing
\nthat pays their board and lodgings
\nnothing else does bring
\nand satisfaction
\na cats face a dogs eyes
\nthey only see a blur
\nthey just don’t realise<\/p>\n
and all the while
\nthe faces are pressed against the
\nwire
\ngetting ever tighter
\ntheir situation dire
\nthey feel the true intention
\nthey know the coming pain
\nthey hear all the dissension
\nthey struggle but its in vain
\nthey suffer deep inside themselves
\nthey smell each others fright
\nthere is nothing left to help them
\ntheir day feels more like night<\/p>\n
and then that great claw
\ngrabs them
\nand tosses them around
\ntheir necks are torn a’sunder
\nwhat is it they have found
\na space to catch their breath by
\nbefore the end comes and
\na knife enters their body
\nit is hard to understand
\nwhy it has to happen
\nwhy they have to die
\nwhy the pain is so intense
\nand tears now fill each eye
\nthis is the vilest torture
\nanyone could take
\nas they strip the fur
\nfrom off your back
\nand you back legs
\nthey just break<\/p>\n
the taster of bloood
\nits fills my mouth
\ndrenching my teeth and I
\ncna’t breath at all
\nI’m choking
\nits seems now I will die
\nthe pain seers through my muscles
\nI can’t believe how deep
\nits burning as I’m turning
\nand now yearning for some sleep
\nto take from this agony
\nand transport me to a place
\nwhere all I have is my blood and bones
\nand very bloody face
\nChina’s present consciousness
\nis an unawareness, she
\nhas no regard for animals
\nno legitimacy
\nno rules no regulations
\nreally anything goes
\nthe animals are slaughtered
\nand their eyes left from the crows<\/p>\n
its a really awful scenario
\nits molestation for they
\nare left to twitch and cry out
\ntill their breath just fades away
\nin those last few moments
\none can but reason why
\none ever was created
\nif this was how you die
\nits isn’t even plausible
\nthat any soul could be
\nleft just hanging tangled
\nup in branches off the tree
\nswinging in the hot dry wind
\nand waiting painfully
\nfor the end the end of time to come
\nthe end of what has been
\nthe most awful incarnation
