Flashing hooves
\nand mirrored eyes
\nacross the plains
\nwherein now lies
\na fertile mind
\nand spirit too
\nto save the mustangs
\nand be true<\/p>\n
they sprung into the
\nmorning air
\nand ran their course
\njust everywhere
\ntheir character is all for one
\nwild that is their forte here
\ntill congress kind of did appear
\nwith forage and with water they
\ncan live their lives and every day
\nthe Bureau of land management
\nwho is far away from heaven sent]
\nwants to wipe them all away
\nand send them packing so they say
\nheartless fools who sit and ponder
\nand with precious money squander
\nwhy would anyone decide
\nto kiil wild horses,and is it denied
\nor is it confirmed what’s it to be
\nanother slaughtering policy<\/p>\n
these souls their thunder
\nincreases and
\nthey run together across the land
\nhistory is their desire
\nlivestock that would just be dire
\ncattle we have so much here
\nwild is best of that I’m clear
