Its not all that funny
\nthat’s if you ask me
\nwhat the government might
\ntry to do
\na few months ago it was adamant
\nthat animals it took the view
\nwould have to be banned from the circus
\nit was clearly a horrid idea
\nkeeping them housed in those trailers
\nin a state of what was abject fear
\nits just makes no sense to have
\nanimals
\ntravelling from town to town
\nit is no life and causes such strife
\ngetting injured and being put down
\nwe must in this day and age realise
\nthat animals do need a life
\nnot cooped in trailers
\nfed on crap food
\nand no exercised
\nas so many allude
\nits perfectly obvious it shouldn’t be
\nno animals ought to be worked actually
\nCircus in fact is way out out of date
\nthese days who goes who dares to relate
\nto a travelling troup and assorted of souls
\nwho should all be in sanctuaries
\nnot taking roles
\ndoing stupid type tricks
\nthey should never do
\nand reality proves that what
\nI say is true
\nits pure cruelty and on that basis
\nwe should
\nban all the animals now if we could
\nThe new politicians should open their eyes
\nuse their brains for a moment and so realise
\nwild animals should never ever be there
\nliving in dear and constant despair
\nits a time to say no to these people
\nsay No
\nstick with your conscience
