The skies are dark
\nas thunder rolls
\nacross an open sky
\ndos seemingly are feeling it
\nthe hatred that does lie
\nin the hearts of many
\na sad sign of the times
\na haunting sighing melody
\nthat drops and then it climbs
\ninto our very psyche
\nits sinister and we feel
\nso pained to even be here
\nthe agony is real
\nthe canine tribe are suffering

\nmurder and dire mayhem
\nand that is every day
\nto be in a stray in Bucharest
