The rise in human spirits that apparently appear
\nto utilise the skin and fur of the earthlings
\nwho then fear
\nimprisonment because of this and suffer seemingly
\nfrom farming them
\nand this a creature who should be wild and free<\/p>\n
the Mink has that intelligence that thrusts
\nit into our
\nvista we enlist them
\nfor they are seen to have the power
\nto generate attraction
\nin the beauty business where
\nthe fur is used in extensions
\nto the eyelash, unaware<\/p>\n
of the torment and the insanity
\nthat minks in farms undergo
\nthey answer this will no mink dies
\nits just brushed
\nyes we know
\njust brushed but that’s captivity
\na wild soul of the air
\nwho has to be incarcerated
\nall its life it can’t share <\/p>\n
the life of wild open spaces
\nthe cage has to be its domain
\nso we can have extensions
\nto me this is profane
\nvanity is one thing
\ninsanity another
\nand based around such cruelty
\nto me it is the mother<\/p>\n
of cruelty personified
\nits arrogance again
\nwe do not need to do this
\nto me its very plain
\na cage is no environment
\nfor any living soul
\nand until cages are empty
\nwe have not reached our goal<\/p>\n
putting souls in prison
\nbecause we want to use
\ntheir bodies or their outer skin
\nmeans we just abuse
\nliving in a cage creates tormented souls
\nliving in utter boredom
\nin our man made holes <\/p>\n
it isn’t life, it cannot be
\nwide open spaces where
\nthe minks can roam
\nand call their home
\nout in the fresh air<\/p>\n
we know from our experience
\nthat caging them together
\ndrives them mad
\nand that is sad
\nso its wrong
\ntherefore and whether
\nwe think that it is profitable
\nto them its not the way
\nits taking advantage of voiceless souls
\nso a new business can pay<\/p>\n
to me its wrong
\nit takes advantage
\nof a living soul
\nwho has to be your prisoner
\nand take on the role
\nof being cooped up a wire cage
\nfor each day of its life
\nwith no where to meander
\nfrom the ever growing strife<\/p>\n
Unless ALF sets them free of course
\nHell is where they stay
\nknowing that women everywhere
\nhave eyelashes that are way
\nlonger and more attractive
