People make me puke sometimes
\nmake me feel inside
\nthat what they have between their ears
\ncannot be relied
\nto give them any compassion
\nto offer any thought
\nfor to buy a bob cat blanket
\none’s knowledge should have taught
\nthe recipient that a blanket
\nmade of a wild cats skin
\nwith its sweet head still intact
\nis some sort of sin
\nthis animal was not old
\nit had no need to die
\nit had a family waiting
\nbut the trapper he was high
\nhe ‘d laid the dark contraption
\nand the mother stumbled and
\nlost her life before the knife
\nhelped me understand
\nthat this human was a monster
\nthat you are no better you
\nare the reason why this animal
\nis dead and that is true
\nbecause you gave them the profit
\nand for that the soul did die
\nthe babies lost their mother
\nyou didn’t hear them cry
\nyou didn’t care to listen
\nor acknowledge their sad pain
\nall you thought of was yourself
\nand what you had to gain<\/p>\n
well let me tell you something
\nwhat I’d like to see
\nis all those cats that were used
\nto make the blankets
\nsuddenly
\ncome to life and then devour
\nevery part of you
\nbut scratch and gobble you in bits
\nyes on your flesh just chew<\/p>\n
perhaps if you could feel that pain
\nyou just might realise
\nwhat its like to suffer
\nit would be your surprise
\nyou could watch your own blood run
\nonto the bed and feel
\nthe tension in your body
\nit would be so real<\/p>\n
and then you might just
\nwonder why you chose to buy
\na wild cat blanket in the first place
\nand knowing it had to die
\nin such awful agony
\nto the agony you now feel
\nas each bit of you is eaten
