\nmust remain rigidly behind
\nthe organic and bio dynamic
\ncategory<\/p>\n
natural pure and other words
\nmean nothing
\nthey have been degraded
\nover the year
\nadvertisers have used
\nand abused these words
\nso calling food by these words
\nI do fear<\/p>\n
will not have the same impact
\nin reality
\nand without fear of reprisal
\nfrom the law
\npeople tend to wash over their
\nresponsibilities
\nand out of sight
\nsometimes they will ignore<\/p>\n
derogation always was a moot point
\nin my heart I never got my head
\naround the system really it was
\nnot for me
\nbut still it happened and it must be said
\nit probably helped some farmers
\nand processors that got themselves in trouble
\nbut I say
\na lot of them got there because
\nof ignorance
\nand ignorance should never save the day<\/p>\n
personally the corporate world
\ntried very hard
\nto change organic standards
\nso that they
\ncould carry on their profit growing
\nprocesses
\nbut for a reason we did save the day<\/p>\n
strict organic standards have to be
\napplied
\nthose who moan on money grounds
\nits sad
\nif you apply a principle then you must
\npay the price
\nif you regard a principle as crap
\nthen it ain’t nice<\/p>\n
to come up with a standard
\nwhere you have watered down
\nthe principles I am sorry
\nI am going to go to town
\non those of you who do this
\nI will never understand
\nthe selfishness that’s present

Public health is paramount
\nThe environment is too
\nAnimals health is paramount
\nin everything we do
\nany short cuts on this score
\nfor me must never be
\ngo organic or bio dynamic

\nlong term is no use
\nkeep it strict and do it right
\nthere can be no abuse
