Why is it that the Japanese
\ninsist on killing whales
\nThey know deep down
\nfrom the minimata
\nwhat a sick reprise
\nhangs over the condition
\nWhale meat and Dolphin too
\nIs laced with real vile
\nchemicals

\nUn yet they still go killing
\nusing Tsunami funds
\nTo bolster the protection
\nAgainst Sea Shepherd and their

\nIts not just about consuming
\nanymore
\nits loss of face
\nAnd the Japanese get hooked
\nup in a war
\nReally of their making
\nOf that now I am sure
\nAnd the whales are just

\nThats why they are being hunted

\nPerhaps we have missed a trick
\nThe Icelanders I understand feel similarly
\nAbout their whaling too
\nThey resent the fact the foreigners
\nTell them what to do
\nThey also do not eat whales
\nThere is no market there
\nBut they want to be seen as
\nresponsible not dictated to<\/p>\n
I do find Whaling
\nand the killing of Dolphins
\na terrible state of affairs
\nThe fact they are loaded
\nwith the direst of poisons
\nRequire us to offer our prayers
\nTo these wonderful ancient cetaceans
\nWho have to put up with shit
\nWe dump in their wonderful oceans
\nAn intelligence really unfit
\nFor all species, now on this planet
\nWhich is shared and therefore
\nwe should be
\nMore understanding of where we pollute
\nFor we are, our own worst enemy<\/p>\n
We have tried calling people names, we have tried to physically stop them, perhaps we should now try and understand their mentality,Do we enjoy doing things because someone threatens us we should do them because we see the sense,why not let them stop and by so doing claim some dignity for themselves.
