I know how all these animals feel
\nbecause I feel it too
\nI feel unloved
\nand uncared for
\nin so much that I do
\nI have been vegan many years
\nand friends and family do
\nsideline me I know it
\nI feel it, it is true<\/p>\n
my blog is full of agony
\nmy heart is full of woe
\nI see the animals and I hear them
\nas they die and as they go
\nI watch them stripped of skin
\nto make some fur hags shitty coat
\nI watch them being de horned by some coward
\nwho likes to gloat<\/p>\n
I watch the male chicks ground up
\nand then when Easter comes along
\nThe chocolate makers show the chicks
\nsinging their sweet song
\nnot as they meet the renderers teeth
\noh no the kids don’t know
\nwhat really happens in the world
\nits one big corporate show<\/p>\n
I know just what they are going through
\nfor I am lonely too
\nso lonely and so much in pain
\nI don’t know what to do
\nso I identify with their suffering
\nI can feel their ongoing pain
\nto experience the winter of one’s life
\nand to feel this strain<\/p>\n
of having lived and not been loved
\nis a hurdle of our time
\nwe try so hard to please
\nbut its just too high to climb
\nand so we are left to wonder
\nwhere it all went wrong
\nwhy nobody loves us
\nand why we don’t belong<\/p>\n
a vegan doesn’t want to eat
\nanimals you see
\nwhich alienates him from the crowd
\nmakes him feel lonely
\nI know how all these animals feel
\nfor my hearts breaking too
\njust to love someone who loves me
