Suffering

Suffering leg  ulcers

you wouldn’t wish on an enemy

an acquired infection

the purulence is dreadfully

the lesions getting bigger

the inflammation too

and with my psoriatic arthritis

DR  AMINI its true

the hip, the knee, the thigh, the pain

the shins, the ankle too

both legs in a dire state

I was thinking what to do

of course I wrote a little note

expressing my concern

I just felt so neglected

and worse still to learn

the new antibiotics

had animals bones

and I

was vegan eating animal bones

and gristle why oh why?

I was a tad frustrated

Then Dear Kind Dr A Mini

who drives a mini cooper

and me a KIA,  we

both could laugh about things

a gentleman was he

the exhaustion and the agony

was just getting to me

injury and trauma

collateral damage me

disabling mutilation

Causing me to be

deteriorating rapidly

and suppurating too

demoralized beyond belief
For  nothing could I do
