Koala are crying out grey suits have clogged up ear

The hard done by Koala
Is facing the wrath
Of Australian grey suits
Who are not on their path
Iconic creatures
Fragile as hell
Are thrown to the wolves
With new laws that sell
Their future away
Its all claptrap and yap yap
But that is no use
The Koalas are suffering
Massive abuse

Disease its Chlamydia
Getting to grips
The females are paining
It really rips
Through the dear old Koalas
Suffering so
And fewer and fewer are caring
The show
Is watching the dog attacks
The cow attacks too
Habitat loss
Land clearing you do
Promise them harmony
Government they
Are building big houses
And the wild souls, they pay

They are so cuddly
Wheres the rapport?
They are under attack
In the trees on the floor
And weakening laws
Is the wrong thing to do
You grey suits say one thing
And then do another yes you

You are the power
The priority
You have to remember them
They need to be
On your agenda
All of the souls
That frequent the outback
Their respective roles
Are very important
And the need is there
To open your mouth
And not blow just hot air

A certain laxness
Is drifting their way
so laissez-faire
Weak willed I can say
Housing stock growing
Wildness curtailed
The poor old Koala
Is sure that you’ve failed
Them and its continuing
Day after day
Australia do something
Give them their say.
