Dystopian Nightmare

Dystopian Nightmare
Its already here
AB in Oxfordshire
And it was clear
A public road
Green trees everywhere
The moronic were on him
Wanting to scare
His space,
unenlightened
Threateningly
Forced him to stop
And, Aggressively
Held him
security
Private they were
Would not give their names
Or their numbers
Infer

From that
all these
Guards can hardly
String
a sentence together
And, what they being
Is fear under lockdown
Hangars and sheds
Its all very strange
“Reds under our beds”

And all this in Oxford
Testing they say
For covid
Really This is no way
Of treating the people
Its the twilight zone
A temporary morgue
Its really blown

Out of proportion
In so many ways
The cops come
And threaten
So now nothing pays
We have all lost what freedom
We thought that we had
Its over for ever
And isn’t that sad!
