MMPA and all that

The Marine Mammal Protection Act
A nightmare for our Ric
Molly poor old lady
Thankfully the brick
She saw it she remembered it
Thats the kind of man
That rallies all the screaming gals
Thats his jolly plan

Imagine on your character
A blot like that you see
Sweep it under the seaweed
Or the coral hopefully
The Supporters will not see it
And by the time they do
No one will remember
The victims, or very few

Good old Barry O’ Feldman
It hasnt got that ring
About it really has it
It doesn’t seem to bring
To the table any excitement
The swishing taunting waves
The banging boats the pishing rods
And all those dolphin graves

To The most reluctant rabbit
Its all inactive now
The sanctuary no refuge
We have to wonder how
Wild souls ever got to grips
With chlorine by the tonne
Half truths every which way
Thats really how its done
