Misunderstood that is us

From the time of our birth
To the time thats prescribed
That we die in The death camps
Our question is why?
We are pretty intelligent
And so aware
We know what’s going on
And are willing to share

You treat us with contempt
We’re unworthy you feel
We have no sweat glands
So for us it is real
We need the fresh air
and water to drink
Not stuck in some stuffy barn
How do you think

We feel living where
we eat and we dump
Your might think
that’s prudent
But we get the hump
We feel put down
by your arrogance stance
And honest to goodness
we need a chance

You call us dirty
and smelly but we
Want to live
in the forest
That’s where we
should be
Not living together
with many and more
Eating and drinking
and shitting on the floor
And walking in it
and eating there too
It sickens us really
what you folk do

From the day we were born
To the day that we die
We are tortured and kicked
And beaten but why
We feel we have pain
we suffer we do
Our lives are unbearable
living with you

And when you decide
that we have to die
You spray paint us
tag us
And ship us
no lie
Hundreds in death trucks
No water no food
And very long journeys
You are very crude

We arrive at
the death camps
The shrieking we hear
And we are all frightened
to death
That is clear
If warriors offer us
water outside
The police come along
and they then deride

The help that you give
We are thirsty and hot
But the police At the docks
What have they got
Between their ears but
Well so much shit
Not one ounce of empathy
They are not fit

To police anybody
Compassionless creeps
Is it any wonder that
We get the weeps
We cry in our souls
We weep to the sky
Knowing that
nobody cares if we die

All with broken hearts
At the end of the day
The adrenaline rush
and our instant decay
The taste of our flesh
As acidic as hell
and the bacon you eat
Has a peculiar smell

But you humans are dumbo’s
It’s ketchup and salt
The cholesterol we pass on to you
It’s your fault
You ignorant arse oles
You carnivores you
We detest all you stand for
Yes that we do.
