Gary

The Roo’s in Australia
Taking their hit
Your empathy Gary
It just doesn’t sit
Well what some do
You feel it you too
The airbus unveiling
A falcon so new
In the past when a copper
Clipped us around the ear
And sent us packing
Then it was clear
No forms to fill
We got the message
And we
as you wrote
Told our parents
And we learned
Sensibly

Now sheaths of form filling
A Night in the cells
Yea we can sue him
All under the spells
Of the courts
And the thoughts
And the barristers who
Are making a killing
From people like you

The mice in the metro
Fisticuffs they
Fight over cheese
Was it Brie
How much whey?
Now we have allergies
Yes by the score
And even the rodents
Know what it’s all for

A quick poem to thank you
