Oil palm arrogance

Mismanaging the environment
Refraining to see
The enlightenment of what is creation
Which now be
Evident in forests
Now put to wrong use
Maladministration
Leading to abuse
Oil palm a misnomer
Violence one can say
Destruction of an eco system
A cash crop underway
Clumsiness and gaucherie
Really maladroit
Slapdash and perfunctory
The forest they exploit
Then create a shambles
A blood lust everywhere
Millions of plants and fauna
Destroyed all that despair

And in Kinabatangan
Pygmy elephants they
Some are missing
Beautiful souls
They upped and walked Away?
There has been suspected poisoning
Of wild life and we see
How global corporations
lack proficiency
Ungainly and lopsided
Lumbering bumbling fools
They sacrifice the natural world
And fail to hear the calls
Our Mother she is greater.
than All the bankers who
Think they know the answers
But in fact it isn’t true

And animals are dying
Medicines are lost
The Indigenous know more about
The forests and the cost
Of palm oil is extensive
For the biosphere
For carbon and the ozone hole
Now it’s very clear
Elephant deaths are happening
The criminals yes they
Get far too much respect
It’s happening every day
They are ruining environments
And water courses too
And killing off endangered species
It’s ignorant what they do
