Beyond the point of no return

A chaotic state is apparent
Irregularity
A slovenliness of spirit
For the wild intricacy
Human intervention is a shambles
I can feel
Undisciplined and unruly
A rampage now so real

We have a moral weakness
A senility of soul
Letting corporatocracies
Deny us the control
We seem powerless to assemble
An army for to try
And help our mother fight back
Which I believe is why
Disablement is with us
Our weakness seems to me
Has undermined the planets wealth
For an eternity

Social media apparently
Is the pulverization game
Pretty pictures pretty words
The rainforest aflame
The animals are dying
The indigenous them too
The vandals now in government
Do what they want to do

We are losing our majority
Our people live with doubt
A tsunami is approaching
And it is washing us out
The goodness we had built upon
The prejudice its there
Corruption and such evil
Breeds yet more despair

Helping mother nature
For me the battles lost
We are staring down the barrel
Of a gun our spirits tossed
Jane Goodall had her heart set
On positivity
But living in the real world
Sadly all I see

Is corruption and an end game
Coming really fast
Juggling words that matter
So many stand aghast
Seeing what is happening
Their eyes fixed on the screen
Arm chair armies tragically
Versus the machine
