Ubari sand sea

AFrica’s enormous desert
The saharan scene
THe ubari sand sea Pyramids
Vast sand dunes have always been

Rising upwards artistically
Casting their shadows wide
Tempting the Swallows from nigeria
Really to come in side

1200 miles of flapping widely
Brought them to this high
To the great Um el Mar salt lake
Tnat smiles up at the sky

Concentrated sodium
as toxic as can be
Unable to sustain the swallows
With consistency

Was knowledge of the situation
All around this pool
Vast expanses of rotten flies
Whi answered the call

Poisoned by the saltiness
But given to the way
Of a miracle of nutrition
The freshness so they say

Eating up the dying flies
sbare tbe waters do
The swallows get the water
Knowing it is true

EAch fly a gulp of freshness
A cooling symphony
A massive writhing cover
Extracted accordingly

Empowering all those thirsty souls
With extra fuel for flight
To take them out of Africa
Fulfilled with extra light
