London Fashion Week

Morality apparently
Is all but gone
On The cat walk where
Bean pole models
Pale as driven snow
They ply to share

Fashion thats the statement
Designers that is those
A cut above the high street
They just get up my nose
No real depth and less expression
No empathy at all
They dont know the word compassion
Even if it came to call

The fur trade is the murder trade
And wild souls feel
that pain
Put in those wire cages
And not removed again
Tender feet are shredded
On the thin wire floor
Tiny cages in there for ages
Till they go mad for sure

neglect has scarred their bodies
All These poor souls they find
No matter how they try to live
They just all lose their mind
Biting bars breaking their teeth
Making their gums all bleed
Fashion we should ration
How can they proceed

To honour and commitment
To Nature and to self
By relegating animals
To an item on a shelf
They are flesh and blood
With families to look after too
And just because we want their fur
What they have to do

Is have it torn from their body
Have you ever pulled your hair
Try it with a pair of tweezers
When your sitting in a chair
Imagine tearing the skin as well
You couldnt bear the pain
And many dogs and cats and rabbits
Yes they go insane

Others are electrocuted
A poker up their bum
Made to bite on a some metal
Press tHe lever really some
Hags and the designers and fashion houses should
Be taken to the jail house
And Make sure thats understood

Strip some skin from off of them
No anaesthesia let
ThEm really feel the torment
Really let them sweat
In the agony of the moment
Let them really see
What animals are now going through
For the fur they want to be

Really an accessory on collars
And on their cuff
On stoles and linings and whole long coats
Their screams there are enough
Left in heaps of dying bodies
On the market floor
Its a concentration camp
Of lust and pain and gore

Wearing FUR is torture of the most
Rampant type
For us to know and wear it still
When the others gripe
And shout at us and call us names we are
All they call us and more
We must come to our senses
Or expect an all out war
