Long term condition

The NHS stay well book
Dropped on the mat
Get ready for winter
So know where you are at
Go get a flu jab then sooner you will be
Face down on a slab
But no one will see
In the cool of the morgue
With your guts under wrap
Keep warm they say
Call the pharmacist chap
Have you got your medicine
Stocked in your chest
Just take as directed
You know that its best
Its important data
If autumn is here
In your life let me tell you
Its all very clear
The toffs are now ruling
Tax credits go
Sanitary towels
Its taxing
You know
Why tax such products
What makes them tick
Clearly the government
Did not miss a trick
To tax all our women
Luxury they
The arse holes in government
Should be made to pay
