Taiji

Dreams become nightmares in Taiji
Its no place for wild folk to be
Its hell on earth on land on sea
Its no where anyone should be

Its a spiteful nasty horrid place
A malignancy of the human race
Acrimony and rancour there
And vile gloating and despair

Persecution their quality
Barbarism and insanity
In the natural world where all coves run blue
Its a threat to all we hold most true

The devious ones go out to find
To kill and maim the dolphin kind
Impervious to their sensitive side
They oppress and rankle and its then denied

Today the cove runs red again
We all can feel the dolphins pain
We wake to it we sleep no more
As Taiji is about to score

I curse them I denounce all
they
Are doing out there in the bay
Its ominousness its menacing too
What these bloody fishermen do

They bristle and spit in their sullen way
They torture the children come what may
A pitiless group without sympathy
Their relentless charge of indecency

This is a crime it has to be
To all the creatures within the sea
Nemesis stirs the winds to blow
Retribution will follow

The people around might say that they
Have no idea of the price they pay
For living close to the vile Taiji
The whipping boys whose only plea

Is its all tradition and culture here
As they spread their tsunami of fear
Its coming its coming the waves will fall
On the bloated ones who fail to rule

Is slink away in the dark and say
Its culture its what we do
Who try to compare what they do there
To the west but very few

Can take this crap its in the lap
Of the gods and thus I warn
taiji for this infamy
With all my inborn scorn
