Standard practice. Thankyou Mercy for animals

foie gras we have created
A disease for geese and ducks
Force fed till their livers
Expand ten times it sucks!
Into their lungs and kills them
That is what we do
They cannot breathe in such agony
Every word is true

We call it by its french name
Hopefully some forget
What it is in english
For to know it makes one sweat
Diseased fatty liver
Its going to make you sick
The cholesterol and the karmic debt
They are taking the mick

Castrating baby piglets
Imagine that will you
No painkillers
Just a thicko farmer
Who does what he’s told to
Jack quack the instant surgeon
Terror thats if you
Eat bacon for your breakfast
Taste the pain that they went through

Eggs you like them hard boiled
Hard boiled clearly like you are
Male chicks in the hatchery
Never become the star
In any Easter videos
Some suffocated too thats the price for the arrogance
Of the egg trade now its true

Skinning dogs in China
For your collars and your cuffs
Its cheaper without painkillers
Where life and death is tough
For animals with furry skins
Yes they are for the chop
Skinned alive they cannot survive
And its got to stop

Fish oh god its frightening
Its evil its extreme
Not only are they packed with shit
But can you hear them scream

Experiments on animals
Like beagles its a sin
What human beings in the name
Of science try to spin

Sheep stuck in the ships holds
Bound for the middle east
To be tortured to be murdered
In the streets there who is the beast?

Rabbits being thrown away
Calves too and many more
And Its all standard practice
And well within the law

So if you eat or wear animals
You are guilty of such sin
The corporate world’s all controlling
And the animals cannot win

Thank goodness for mercy for animals
And good old animal rights
Without us hell would grow and grow
And your days would all be nights
