Refugio’s famous pipeline

The filthy vomit enters the
Environment as such really
What chance now have we got?
The waves roll in
Carrying the shit of corporate devils shorewards
And the result
They do commit the greatest sin

Our innocent wild life
Clogged up
And of course then made to feel
Alien, that’s Big Oil and the rest
The pipeline burst
Yea we were cursed
From our
greatest mother
It all well just erupted from her breast

A sickly vile cocktail of ooze
And sputum
Oil to render life force dead and lost
It’s like liquid death
Best hold your precious breath
105,000 gallons so what has been the cost

Crude oil thanks to Houston based
Plains all American pipeline
Sharing all it’s booty
With the shoreline and the sea
The seabirds and the fish and whales
The sea lions and the crabs
The filthy black waves rolling in
Refugio up for grabs

Benzene can you smell it
It gets into your skin
It’s absolutely terrible
An indictment and a sin
