Reminiscing ( a cow just before the slash the chop the end)

Waiting in the killing box
waiting for the men
blood spattered from my
former friends
before me there were 10
a sister and a brother
my mother and my child
and now it is my turn
to die
our whole family has been
defiled
for you
vile disturbing addicts
deranged disorganised
in a dire dislocation
we hadn’t realised
how tainted were you humans
altered by those who
were plagued by utter darkness
whose light never shone through

the milk of ungulates
couldn’t
provide that light for you
its power was in its make up
and seemingly the clue
was it came from our udders
and therefore it was we
the ungulates who needed it
but that is why we be
subjugated daily
our spirit lessened by
the felonious depravity
which in human kind is high
